We strongly value our clients time, thus appreciate mutual respect for our naturopaths and other clients. Taking this into consideration, our clinic has a strict 24 hour cancellation/ no show policy, if you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours leading up to your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
If you fail to show to your appointment, you will be charged the full fee of which your appointment would cost.
We understand that life can get busy and that plans may need to change from time to time. To help us provide the best possible care and accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Any changes to appointments on the same day will incur a cancellation fee.
